- Shipments
- Shipments will be made exclusively within European Union countries.
- Delivery times are approximately 2/3 days in Italy and 3/4 days in European Union countries.
- Shipments will be entrusted to an express courier chosen by the Seller, which will deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours.
- Shipping costs within the European Union are included in the purchase price, unless a different form of payment is indicated in the product page.
- The Consumer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of the order and to be informed regarding the delivery time directly on the website of the express courier. For any further requests or changes, please contact our Customer Service.
- Returns and Refunds
- In the event of withdrawal and return of the product, the resulting refund will be made as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, but not later than 15 days after receipt of the returned items.
- Shipping costs relating to the return of the product within the European Union are borne by the Seller.
- The Consumer can request the replacement of goods for wrong size/color only once.
- The return of goods on sale is allowed only for change of size/color, you cannot request a refund.
- For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be transferred by our systems approximately within 7 working days since receipt of the returned items. The refund will show on your bank account statement according to the schedule provided by the bank that issued your card (usually in the next month).
- Replacement of goods, size and/or color
- You may only replace goods for wrong size/colour once, subject to your right of withdrawal and the warranty for defective products.
- In order to replace the product(s), the Consumer must download and fill in the Goods Replacement Request form, indicating a new size and/or color among those available, and send it to the Seller by e-mail to the address customercare@waltervoulaz.shop within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Once having received the above request of replacement, the Consumer will immediately receive instructions on how to return the product(s), being assigned a unique code for return. The Consumer will receive an authorisation e-mail containing the necessary documents to proceed with the shipment.
- The collection can be booked by the Consumer through the Call Center number of the courier indicated by the Seller. The product to be replaced must be delivered to the Seller within 14 days from receipt of documentation. The date of delivery to the shipper shall serve as proof of this.
- Shipping costs related to the return of the product within the European Union are borne by the Seller only for the first replacement.
- It is forbidden to return a product using a courier other than the one indicated by the Seller. In cases where the User decided to use to use another courier than the one indicated by the Seller to return the product, the shipping costs will be borne by her/him, as well as the responsibility in case of product loss or damage.
- Returns can only be requested by the holder of the order and made at the same address used for the first shipment.
- The purchased product shall be returned intact, not used, not washed or otherwise altered, complete in all its parts, with the control tag related to it, the warranty seals intact and not damaged and in the original package (including packaging and original boxes, and any additional material, such as, for example, dust bags, hangers, clothing covers, etc.), together with the related tax documentation.
- To limit damage to the original packaging the Consumer will need to use additional protective paper or place the packaging in a second box, upon which the waybill provided by the Seller must be placed, by avoiding placing the tag or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product.
- Upon receipt of the request for replacement, the Seller will keep the product with which the Consumer intended to make the replacement send the replaced item within 14 days from receipt of the product. When sending the product, you will be notified by e-mail, containing the shipping number to monitor its status.
- In the event of replacement of a product with another available at a different price, resulting in credit for the Consumer, the Seller will pay additional costs accordingly with the refund procedure, within 14 working days from receipt of returned goods. If the replacement of goods results in additional cost for the Consumer, the latter will have to pay the difference in price immediately and according to the procedure indicated by the Seller in the e-mail containing instructions for returning the product.
- If not respecting the modalities and terms for exercising the request for goods replacement as set out above, the Consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller. Within 14 days from the sending of the e-mail with which you will be informed of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to receive back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, notifying the Seller according to the methods that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their own purchase.
